Here is my menu for this year's Thanksgiving dinner party. I will post the recipe for each dish between now and Thanksgiving. Some I have made before, but most of them I have not. If anyone tries a recipe I would be interested to get your feedback (no pun intended!) on the results.

I was convinced a long time ago that Thanksgiving is a uniquely American holiday and that a proper service incorporates only American ingredients. This menu is about 90% true to that tradition. Of course, the tradition itself is questionably rigid and no tradition should ever stand in the way of a good meal.
